Stamatia Michailidou is a National Technical University of Athens graduate in Rural and Survey Engineering and MSc holder from the Athens University of Economics and Business in the field of "Applied Economics and Finance". Her career started in 2009 by working on topographic field measurements for the natural gas infrastrucrure, for the Greek Cadastre and other applications. In December 2012 participated as a speaker at "Federation Internationale des Geometres FIG Commission 3, Workshop on Spatial Information and FIG Rask Force on Property and Housing" under the subject of "Change detection of buildings in suburban areas from high resolution satellite data usingo object based image analysis".In January 2013 her thesis on "Change detection of buildings in suburban areas from high resolution satellite data usingo object based image analysis" was published at the Survey Review Journal. In October 2013 she participated in the University of Pireus e- learning program on "Real Estate Investment", which she completed successfully, and since January 2014 she works for Premium Property Operations in the field of valuations.
